PROP WEAPONS AND ACCESSORIES

Due to recent changes of the NYC Law pertaining to the possession and use of Spring Operated and Gas Operated Replica Weapons, (including theatrical use) effective 06/01/2022, we will only provide RUBBER REPLICA PROP WEAPONS for rental to any client or production working in the five boroughs of NYC. 

In compliance with laws set forth by the City of New York,  we are no longer legally permitted to provide our professionally modified spring and gas powered theatrical replicas to clients operating in the City of New York.

We strongly encourage everyone filming in NYC to contact the NYPD Movie & Television Unit for current policies and guidance for the theatrical use of prop firearms prior to renting.

EFFECTIVE 01/2024; WESTCHESTER COUNTY

Productions filming in the confines of Westchester County will be limited to renting rubber prop firearms only with a valid film permit issued by the town, village or city where the production is being filmed. 

The use of gas or air powered replicas will only be allowed with the expressed permission of the local law enforcement agency coordinating with the production. Proof of permit and stipulations will be required, reviewed and verified before rental can be approved for these items.

Please remember to follow all safety and legal procedures for the possession and use of any and all Replica Prop Weapons.

WE WILL NOT RENT THESE ITEMS TO ANY PRODUCTION THAT DOES NOT HAVE A PROP MASTER OR ARMORER ON SET WHO IS QUALIFIED TO HANDLE AND SAFEGUARD THESE ITEMS.
